Your proven ability to build strong relationships with functional leaders across the organization is functional to motivate and develop the team.
We are looking for a registered Accountant (graduate CPA) with at least 8 years of experience in public accounting and/or Finance in business in a preferably B2C environments. You need to have a good basic understanding of tax and tax accounting. IFRS technical advisory and tax planning capabilities are necessary do fit in the profile. Your strong knowledge on large and complex consolidations by having experience in using advanced consolidation software (SAP) is required.
Your main target is to lead, develop and challenge the members of your team. You are responsible for large financial projects which influence the whole group. Your ability to persuade people about new ways of working and doing so is part of your responsibility. You gain all the freedom to develop the knowledge to become excellent in the performance of your role and your team by getting advice from internal and external advisors. You need to remain focused on key goals and feel comfortable within complex international operations in multiple countries and multiple currencies. The challenge in this role is to be a full inspirational sparring partner and “wingman” for the CFO.
