Harry Nauta

I often tell our candidates that “fun” really is the key word. If you don’t have a passion for it and don’t really want to give it your all, you shouldn’t want to do it. Of course, that also applies to ourselves. People sense the passion we have for our work, and we’re told it’s our strongest marketing tool. Our enthusiasm and focus on understanding our clients is unmistakeable.

I’ve been doing this since 1998 and, to be honest, I’ve never experienced it as a job. I have a long history in consulting, strategy, analysis, and entrepreneurship, wherein I also held supervisory roles in care and education. I’ve been an entrepreneur since I studied technical business administration at university, and there’s nothing I like more than sharing and mirroring the knowledge and insights I gained during that time with candidates. We sit around the table, people to people, and have penetrating conversations – about much more than jobs and entrepreneurship. I’m proud of this, and it gives me real satisfaction.
