Sharpened my commercial and management knowledge in the business market during almost 18 years at IT companies such as Hewlett Packard, KPN, and Cable & Wireless. Made a career in product-oriented account management in a variety of sectors. Grew further within customised services and ended up in an outplacement process. Changed direction both personally and professionally and focused on where my heart really lies – career advice. I combine my empathy and sales experience in my ability to reflect on all levels of intervention and inspire clients and candidates. I know how to get the most out of people’s talents. I encourage and motivate. I’ve become a people and result-oriented coach, manager, and consultant.
