Triceps is using FITCH, a psychological and linguistic ordering system, for its assessments. Developed in practice and continuously updated, the model describes behavior in terms of roles and interactions. A good analysis tool, it can integrally map people, functions, departments, and organizational cultures. The model, which takes into account both effective and ineffective behavior, contains psychological theories including the well-known ‘Big Five’ personality traits. Moreover, the test is not limited to aspects of human functioning such as personality and characteristics – it shows each candidate’s capacity. FITCH also makes clear where the candidate’s ambitions lie, and which development indicators will help achieve those ambitions.
